Cedrate, like other citrus fruits like big lemon. It's widely grows in North Iran and the Jam is one of the most popular. It's belongs to the family rutaceae. it has good smell and it's taste is sour. Its peel is flavoring odour and it's inner part is fleshy. Is used to make Curry & Pickle and it contain oil.
